Christopher Young is chief executive officer of McAfee. In this role, Young leads the company’s security business across hardware and software platforms, generating revenue exceeding $3 billion. Young was previously the senior vice president and general manager of Intel Security Group.
Prior to joining McAfee, Young served as senior vice president at Cisco’s Security Business Group. In this role, he was responsible for strategy, engineering, and product development for the company’s global security business.
Before that, Young served as senior vice president and general manager at VMware, where he led engineering, product development, and marketing for desktop virtualization, consumer, and end-user offerings. He also served as senior vice president of products for RSA, the security division of EMC.
A recognized security expert, Young speaks regularly at industry events, such as the RSA Conference, InfoSec, and the Gartner IT Security Summit. He serves on the board of directors of Snap, Inc. Young has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America by Savoy magazine and was honored with an Achievement Award from the Black Engineer of the Year organization.

Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, McAfee
Steve Grobman is senior vice president and chief technology officer (CTO) for McAfee. In this role, Grobman sets the technical strategy and direction to create technologies which protect smart, connected computing devices and infrastructure worldwide. He drives McAfee innovation and leads thousands of technical resources to deliver robust and sophisticated cybersecurity solutions that protect corporate and consumer assets. Grobman is a trusted advisor to the industry and media in the field of cybersecurity defense and the evolving threat landscape.
Prior to joining McAfee, Grobman was at Intel where he spent over two decades in senior technical leadership positions related to the field of cybersecurity. His roles varied from protecting Intel‘s own assets as an IT security architect to building new security architecture into hardware and software as the chief architect for Intel‘s vPro platform. After the acquisition of McAfee in 2012, Grobman moved into the CTO office to drive new research and innovation capabilities for the division and was named worldwide CTO in 2014.
He has published multiple technical papers and books, and holds 24 U.S. and international patents in the fields of security, software, and computer architecture, with another roughly 20 patents pending.
Grobman earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from North Carolina State University.
Senior Vice President, Cloud Security Business Unit, McAfee
Rajiv Gupta is senior vice president of the cloud security business unit at McAfee. Rajiv joined McAfee in January 2018 with the acquisition of Skyhigh Networks, the leading cloud access security broker (CASB) company where he was the founder and CEO.
Gupta has more than 20 years of successful enterprise software and security experience, and is recognized as a pioneer of web services. Prior to founding Skyhigh, Rajiv was vice president and general manager of the policy management business unit at Cisco.
Prior to Cisco, Rajiv was founder and CEO of Securent Inc., a policy-based web services management company that was acquired by Oblix/Oracle. Before Securent, he spent 11 years at Hewlett-Packard, where his work on client-utility computing technology was the precursor to cloud services as we know them today. With more than 45 patents, Rajiv is the inventor or co-inventor of some of the seminal concepts that underpin web services.
Rajiv earned a bachelor‘s degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology and his doctorate in computer science from the California Institute of Technology.
Chief Scientist and McAfee Fellow
Raj Samani is a computer security expert working as the Chief Scientist, and McAfee Fellow for cybersecurity firm McAfee. Raj has assisted multiple law enforcement agencies in cybercrime cases, and is special advisor to the Europ ea n Cybercri me Centre (EC3) in The Hague. Raj has been recognized for his contribution to the computer security industry through numerous awards, including the Infosecurity Europe hall of Fame, Peter Szor award, Intel Achievement Award, among others. Raj is also the co-author of the book ‘Applied Cyber Security and the Smart Grid’, CSA Guide to Cloud computing, as well as technical editor for numerous other publications. Adam entered the IT industry in the 1990’s initially through channel sales in distribution, first at Sphinx CST then acquired by Ingram Micro.
In 2002 he relocated to Australia and joined Cisco Systems in direct sales then in sales management, running the Mid-Market sales team. As part of the ANZ leadership team, he was an active member of ANZ Senior Leadership Team, responsible for sales strategy and execution across the region. Whilst in Australia, Adam also took an active role in corporate social responsibility.
After 8 years in Sydney, Adam relocated within Cisco to Singapore to lead strategy, operations and business development across Cisco’s core portfolio of Switching, Routing, Wireless and Security, creating the Borderless Networks organization. His role spanned Asia, India, Australia, China and Japan.
In late 2012, Adam returned to his native UK to lead Cisco’s nascent Cyber Security Practice across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia. This included leading Cisco’s dedicated, highly specialized Security sales organization in close partnership with the product development business unit and Cisco’s broad field sales and leadership community.
In August 2017, Adam joined McAfee as EMEA Sales President to help customers address the increasing complexity in the cyber domain.
Adam is consulting-led, customer-centric and collaborative in his approach, motivated by helping customers and partners accelerate their digital business goals by reducing the cyber risks to which they are exposed. He is active in promoting Security information sharing and thought leadership within the security community through social media, press. blogs and events.
Adam is married with two children and enjoys music, Muay Thai, mountain-biking, snowboarding and running.

Chatelle Lynch is senior vice president and chief human resources officer at McAfee. She oversees compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, human resources systems, human resources services, and workforce intelligence, along with learning, development, and talent. Lynch was previously head of human resources for Intel Security.
Known for her expertise in producing cutting-edge programs that best meet the needs of diverse business models, Lynch is well versed in organizational design and development for today’s dynamically changing landscape. Lynch has both global and executive expertise in the high-tech industry, with experience in designing stock, cash, bonus, and other incentive programs. Additionally, she is proficient in executive and sales compensation, and has designed and implemented a world-class human resources services center for McAfee. Lynch is an experienced human resources business partner in both the field level and corporate office environment with international expertise that allows her to shape the local needs of her workforce.
